Key responsibilities will include:
Building strong working relationships with franchisees and restaurants based on trust and mutual accountability;Preparing restaurants for the implementation of projects and initiativesSet-up training process and toolWorking together with internal and external stakeholdersUsing key business metrics to analyze the impact on business results for deployed solutions;Ensuring franchisee execution and compliance with Company Gold Standards and develop action plans, milestones and task schedules;Providing coaching to execute various programs deemed necessary;Identifying threats and opportunities for new projects implementation quality leveraging project KPIs and gathering feedback from customers and project stakeholdersAbout you now To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to master:
