You will have a focus on the customer group installers and work closely with market stakeholders - such as Market Directors, Sales Managers, Global Academy and Sales Excellence responsible people in the region.
You will align training activities and drive the successful implementation of our training programs from creation to deployment.
You will ensure that high impact training solutions are delivered, which are measured on their effectiveness impact based on a set of evaluation criteria.We are looking for an individual who is experienced in creating and delivering impactful training, is used to working with a matrix organization and is passionate about empowering our great colleagues in the frontline.More specifically, you will:
Create and own annual training plans for the frontline people, who interacts with the customer group installersDrive development of training materials for our frontline colleagues on a wide range of topics including product knowledge, sales methodologies and soft skills.Deliver Train the Trainer to external trainers and managersTrain managers in delivering effective coachingManage training materials and sales tools translations with marketsSupport specific market sales excellence / training initiativesReview insights collected and communicate actionable recommendations to marketsEnsure continuous improvement of training based on learner feedbackYour qualificationsTo succeed in this position, the right candidate has solid experience in implementing plans in a complex organization structure and motivate people to work with a common agenda.
You are a trainer by heart with a passion and interest in people and sales, or you are a sales person by heart with a passion and interest in train and upskill people.With your effective communication skills and ability to involve, listen, understand, and level yourself with your audience, you successfully enable our sales reps to learn, understand and perform at their best.
You are a positive team player who is structured, pragmatic and enjoys getting things done efficiently.Furthermore, you have / are:
a bachelor/master's degree or a similar education, in a business-oriented topicsome years of experience in facilitating training in salessome years of sales experience and a deep interest/knowledge in traininga proven track record in facilitating training covering consultative selling, solution selling and/or value-based sellinga natural talent for presenting (F2F and virtually) and facilitating workshops with ease with an ability to communicate complex topics in a simple mannerorganizationally savvy with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence on all levelsa well-equipped toolbox in training and development processes incl.
