Step into the exciting world of software project coordination, where you'll be the driving force behind our Program Management Office.
Your mission? To orchestrate all facets of our software development projects.
You'll dive deep into data, analyzing project delivery, process efficiency, product quality, and resource management, ensuring our projects run like a well-oiled machine.
You'll be part of an international team of five deliverymanagers, primarily based in vibrant Brussels, focusing on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You'll also be part of an extended team of 12 deliverymanagers, creating a diverse and stimulating work environment.
Responsibilities Embrace the Agile methodology as you steer software development projects to completion, meeting crucial timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
Facilitate pivotal scrum events such as sprint planning, standup meetings, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with project constituents to set deadlines, clarify responsibilities, identify risks, and monitor release progress.
Maintain and manage clear, consistent project metrics.
Coach your team to adopt Agile best practices and facilitate retrospectives, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams, acting as the linchpin that keeps everything running smoothly.
Desired Qualifications We're looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree and a keen eye for detail, complemented by concise communication skills.
Experience with basic data analysis and reporting, using tools like Microsoft Excel or simple database queries to extract and analyze data.
Passionate about process analysis and optimization, and a background in various software development processes.
Knowledge of Agile software development practices (Scrum) is a definite plus.
