THE POSITIONThe DeliveryAssociate at Zeta is a key role within the Enterprise Operations team, focusing on overseeing and managing all contracted services for clients.
This position requires effective coordination between Client Services and technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to standards and processes.RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination of internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects and enhancements including change requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling, and deliveryManage technical retainer hours to ensure we remain within established contractual support hoursCollaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans, technical investigations, and supporting data requestsHandle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues.
Includes unplanned outages and risk mitigation communications such as coordination and delivery of RCA documentsManage client inquiries, including research, data requests, and technical issuesSchedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progressEnsure adherence to Zeta standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency CHARACTERISTICS Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsAbility to autonomously lead client facing meetingsEnthusiastic team player with strong collaboration skillsStrong research and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Willingness to travel and work on-site as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on data-supported detailsFlexible and adaptable to change, with a proactive and positive attitude THE CANDIDATE 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experienceProven track record in managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutionsFluent in English, with additional fluency in French or SpanishExperience in process improvement and margin enhancementBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldKnowledge of industry standards and best practices in marketing and operationsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is desirableTechnical knowledge in any programming language (HTML, CSS, PHP, JSscript, etc) is a plus.Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus PEOPLE & CULTURE AT ZETA ZetaGlobal MachelenFlanders
