With a diverse and multicultural team of about 600 employees, we continuously strive to provide customers with the highest level of quality, reliability and interoperability, enabling them to maximize their end-user value.Task DescriptionThe Infrastructure Solution DeliveryManager coordinates stakeholders & partners outside the value stream with team members and projects within the value stream to ensure deliverables are timely met and outsourcing/out-tasking partners/suppliers are delivering upon their commitments.As Infrastructure Solution DeliveryManager, your responsibilities will be the following:
Take ownership over the intake & delivery of projects originating outside of the value stream;Manage the overall prioritization, planning and performance of the roadmap for projects originating outside of the value stream, coordinating with different stakeholders;Set up the key performance indicators to allow the right level of monitoring and tracking of the performance of key outsourcing/outtasking partners;Take responsibility over the processes supporting collaboration agreements with internal and external stakeholders by making sure that the necessary agreements are put in place and followed up;Responsible for the implementation of a culture of Continuous improvement by promoting agile practices and coaching the team during the project follow-up, in support of methods and practices set forth by the Agile MasterUse the advantage to align processes with internal and external stakeholders to improve internal value stream processes;Perform some ticket and jira task creations and follow up in the framework of the project delivery.Your ProfileTo be successful in the role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Master or equivalent through experience within ICT or Telecom3 to 5years of experienceFluent in English (both spoken and written)Good communicator & facilitatorProject & Program managementVendor managementBusiness knowledgeAgile methodology (Kanban) & tooling (Jira)Technical background within infrastructure domain (servers, database, storage, backup, network, …)Thinking outside the box, enable to draw global pictureAnalytical and critical mindsetProcess orientedProficiency in documentation writing skillsITIL Foundation certification is a nice to haveWhat’s in it for you?
