Day-to-Day Responsibilities? In this role, you will be joining a team of 10 individuals spread of different countries and have the opportunity to participate in the group's enriching activities while being trained as an (HR) dataengineer.
Among your responsibilities:
Creating and running SuccessFactors queries and dashboards Monitoring employee data quality by dashboards and expanding the KPIs by working closely with IT Enabling Finance in the monthly and yearly FTE reporting Contributing to regular security audits Building and maintaining a Power BI dashboard showing most important employee KPIs Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively Translate data into stories and explore predictions based on current trends Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends What We Are Looking For Higher Degree in IT, Economics, Management or related fields Knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI You have fundamental knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch would be a great plus Positive attitude Motivation to learn and progress Shape the evolution We are on an exciting journey towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers, people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
