As a DataEngineer specializing in AzureSynapse, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data pipelines and analytics solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions on the AzureSynapse platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dataengineering, cloud technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes using AzureSynapse Analytics.Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and design efficient data models.Implement data integration solutions to ingest data from various sources including databases, streaming platforms, and third-party APIs.Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and management of AzureSynapse environments.Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of data pipelines to identify and resolve bottlenecks.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in dataengineering with a focus on cloud-based platforms.Hands-on experience with AzureSynapse Analytics (formerly Azure SQL Data Warehouse) and related Azure services such as AzureData Factory, AzureDatabricks, and Azure Blob Storage.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and ETL best practices.Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Spark or PowerShell for automation and orchestration.
