What will you be doing? Our Data & Analytics practice is looking for a Data & AnalyticsManager to strengthen our delivery team in a wide range of Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Management projects, within the Financial Sector market.
As a Data & Analyticsmanager, you will focus on understanding your clients business needs, realities and pain points, and becoming their Data trusted advisor.
You will define conceptual solutions, architectures and operating models, and manage different Data & Analytics projects and programs from an end to end perspective.
Furthermore, you will actively help our practice in its objective to stay a Leader in Data & Analytics.
Guide the clients and become their trusted advisor on Data & Analytics topics Define, guide and advise clients in developing data strategies Plan, analyze and design technology solutions to meet clients business needs Develop implementation roadmaps and business cases Manage a wide range of implementation projects and programs Comply with target KPI’s and SLA’s Define, plan and execute pragmatic improvement plans Take an active role in coaching and developing junior consultants in the team Support in business development Who are we looking for? You are passionate about Data & Analytics and you want to continue to develop your expertise in this domain You have a proven track record and at least 5-10 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Reporting & Data Warehousing, AI and Machine Learning You have proven track record in Data & analytics project delivery and business development You have project management experience and are comfortable leading teams You have a keen interest to learn more about the FinancialServices market in Belgium and beyond You are a good communicator and are able to build trusted relationship with the clients You have a strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy You are eager to learn and grow professionally You have Master’s Degree in Economics, (Business) Engineering, Sciences, IT, Computer Sciences, Statistics or equivalent Hands-on experience with any of the following tools is a strong asset:
Alteryx, Knime, AbInitio, Tableau, Talend, PowerDesigner, PowerBI and Collibra.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a proficient level of business English As you grow, you will take more responsibilities in the delivery and within the practice, manage multiple and complex projects, to ultimately take more leadership roles, be the trusted advisor of the clients and the coach for the other consultants.
