Risk Assessment:
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
Incident Response:
Lead incident response efforts, investigate security incidents, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Security Policies:
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Security Awareness:
Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices for maintaining a secure work environment.
Security Audits:
Conduct regular security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and recommend improvements.
Vulnerability Management:
Implement and manage vulnerability assessment programs to identify and address potential weaknesses in our systems.
Security Tools:
Evaluate, deploy, and manage security tools and technologies to enhance our overall cybersecurity posture.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of applications and systems.
Emerging Threats:
Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to ensure our security measures remain up-to-date.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Expert or in a similar role.
Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset) In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
