Contribute to the development and implementation of the EMEA Customs best practice, vision of data analytics, strategy, policies and procedures.
Provide import and export clearance instructions, identifying potential risks Be the primary point of contact for customers and distributors across the EMEA region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Coordinate closely with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth trade operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with trade regulations.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide insightful feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
What we expect:
Proven experience in customer service, trade coordination, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of export and import processes, customer relations and international tradecompliance.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Dutch, or any additional European languages being a significant plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
A team player who can also work independently when required.
