* Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels * Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries * Monitoring customersupport metrics and generating reports to track performance * Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction * Assisting in the training and onboarding of new customersupport team members * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Being the single point of contact for our customers in the food industry.
* Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both written and verbal) * Proven experience in a customersupport role, preferably in a fast paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software * Prior experience with ticketing systems is a plus If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
