You guide them in their first projects up to more complex ones, where you take on the role of Hysopt Expert with a team of experienced HVAC Engineers behind you As a bridge between our customers and our internal teams, you communicate and pass on any feature requests, bugs, questions, etc.
You provide onsite and online training - using our well thought-out training plan - to onboard new users effectively To ensure a successful adoption of our software , you check in on our customers regularly and support them in their process You recognise yourself in this:
Enjoys contact with users, and a customer-focused attitude Passionate about heating and cooling systems , with experience in the field as a plus Able to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively Sociable with good communication skills , both verbally and in writing Master in (Applied) Engineering or equivalent through experience Fluent in English – Dutch is a plus What's in it for you:
