Responsibilities:
Communicate End-of-Service information to customers.Execute billing activities and corrections using ServiceMax and SAP.Support the Remote Service incident process.Act as a liaison between legacy and new process flows to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Qualifications:
Experienced candidate preferred, capable of managing diverse responsibilities.Strong decision-making skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.Bachelor’s or Masters education preferred, but not mandatory.Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, and collaboration platforms.Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
