Responsibilities:
Communicate End-of-Service information to customers.
Execute billing activities and corrections using ServiceMax and SAP.
Support the Remote Service incident process.
Act as a liaison between legacy and new process flows to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Qualifications:
Experienced candidate preferred, capable of managing diverse responsibilities.
Strong decision-making skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
Bachelor's or Masters education preferred, but not mandatory.
Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, and collaboration platforms.
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
