What will you do? Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles) Supporting the customer throughout the entire buying and selling process including after-sales activities (via phone, emails and chat) Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions Negotiating between buyers and sellers Requirements Who are you? You are fluent in both German and English (knowledge of an additional European language is a bonus) You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM programs like Salesforce, or you are a quick learner You have previous experience in a similar role or are a highly motivated recent graduate You are a driven, enthusiastic, and communicative individual with a commercial mindset You are goal-oriented and enjoy providing support to customers You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable working internationally You reside in the Tienen area and are available to work at the office for a minimum of three days per week Benefits Benefits OPENLANEEurope can give your career a boost and offers a full-option performance-led remuneration package.
