What will you do? You are responsible for the following activities:
Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles) Supporting the customer throughout the entire buying and selling process including after-sales activities (via phone, emails and chat) Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions Negotiating between buyers and sellers Requirements Who are you? You are fluent in English, Dutch and French Any additional European language is a plus You are computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM programs such as Sales Force or you are a fast learner You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit You are goal oriented and you enjoy supporting your clients You are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment You are living in the surroundings of Tienen and open to work at the office at least twice per week Benefits What's in it for you?
