Your Role:
As a valuable team member, your primary tasks will include:
Handling phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, and communicating with involved parties.
Collecting and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
Keeping all involved parties informed about the progress.
Monitoring and managing agreements with all stakeholders.
Ensuring timely follow-up on all contract-related matters.
Availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional work on Saturdays during busy periods.

Profile To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent command of the German (native level) & English (good) language .
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Technical knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
No specific experience required.
Skills:
