Because you work intensively together and really try to help them, you build a strong customer relationship.
Your challenge is to handle all incoming requests, questions and complaints.
These come in by email, telephone and from video calls with the customer.You certainly can't solve the problem alone! You work together with your 6 other CustomerService colleagues and have a lot of contact with colleagues from the transport and warehouse departments.
The CustomerService team is characterized as a hard-working team, whose main task is to relieve the customer's worries and optimize service to end customers, where a good group feeling is central.
As a CustomerServiceEmployee you report to the Office Supervisor.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?As a CustomerServiceEmployee you will:
• Answer emails and phone calls;• Monitor orders and ensure that set KPIs are achieved• Getting started with questions, challenges and requests;• Issuing transport requests• Compile reports and present them to the customer(s);• Optimize the service level towards the customer;• Lots of consultations with other departments, you never actually sit still!WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You can move well with the customer and the crowds.
You can turn around unpleasant situations and you seek out your colleagues when you need a different insight.
And not unimportant:
you are a great colleague who also calls in between the hustle and bustle with a nice joke or to hear what it's like.These skills are required:
• Command of Dutch and English at a professional level;• Working with Excel (running Pivots, V-Lookup, especially to make a lot of analyzes and check data)• Switching between ad hoc activities and investigative work.
