A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Analytical Skills – You will be analysing internal and retailer metrics, logistics indications, stock levels and more.
Daily Reports – You’ll report tasks to support the order management and integrated business planning processes.
CustomerService - Supporting the customerservice team in order management tasks like order entry, stock allocation and delivery coordination in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaboration is Key – You will communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Planning, IT etc.) to provide solutions and resolve customerlogistics, order fulfilments and transportation issues.
Continuous Improvement - Working on process improvement projects under guidance from the Customer Success & Logistics and International Business Planner managers.
We’re Looking for Someone With A recently completed or currently completing a master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar.
Previous experience in supply chain, planning, customerservice, reporting or similar role.
Strong proficiency of MS Excel, you have great analytical skills.
Confidence in communication within an international, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
Fluency in English, Dutch or French are a plus.
