This is achieved through active tracking and assessment of culture as it plays out in real-time.We are looking for a Culture Analyst – someone that loves identifying cultural trends & insights (data backed) that can be used as fuel for building potent strategies for our clients and in pitches.The Culture Analyst will typically work with other Strategic Planners from across our global Ogilvy network.This is an entirely new role – one that we are tremendously excited about! ROLEOur aim is to build a ‘bridge’ between Data & Intelligence and our Planning teams – leveraging the tools we have at our disposal (Synthesio, Trends Tracker, Qloo etc.) as well as introducing new analytical skills to create actionable cultural insights that elevate our strategy outputs – and result in richer, more creative & ultimately effective work.The Culture Analyst will have access to our current data & intelligence stack to uncover valuable cultural insights to fully benefit our strategy teams.We’re looking for someone anywhere in Europe, to match our borderless mindset and work with top-talent colleagues across our global network.

RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying data-validated culture insights from what consumers are ‘saying’, ‘sharing’ and ‘searching’Methodology design:

building the best approaches for tracking culture for different projectsActive tracking & monitoring insights and trends as it plays out in culture using various data & intelligence toolsAssessing identified trends & narrowing down into relevant actionable insightsDeveloping suitable stimulus for planning teams to action, and potentially working directly with creative to sharpen workAlways on culture tracking for ongoing projectsSupport new business projects with actionable insightsStaying on top of relevant research (studies, papers, opinion leaders) in the space PROFILEThe ideal candidate would have the following background:

Planning and/or data analytical backgroundExperience in uncovering cultural insights & identifying trendsStrong research skills
- understand how to apply qualitative and quantitative learningExperience in Social listening, Social data analytics, Digital analytics, or equivalentExpert in understanding of social media and established understanding of the wider digital communications landscapeAbility to work effectively, proactively and seamlessly amongst an integrated agency teamExcellent presentation-building and delivering skillsVery good level of English (fluent is a +)Knowledge of social listening and data capturing tools such as Synthesio, Sprinklr, Unmetric, Profiler, Page Karma, etc is a plus OFFER Full-time opportunity within a growing and trendsetting advertising agency, working remotely from anywhere in Europe.Attractive package and benefitsStrong flexibility planContinuous trainingsWork alongside a team of diverse and people-focused individuals, on impactful projects and with an array of local, regional and global clients.
