What would be your responsibilitiesApplication Development and Deployment:
Design, develop, and deploy applications on AWS, following best practices.Ensure integration with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation.Collaborate with teams to define requirements, testing, and manage release cycles.AWS Infrastructure Management:
Optimize AWS resources, manage instances, databases, storage, networking.Monitor application performance, scalability, availability, resolving issues.Implement and maintain security and identity management.Application Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot for applications on AWS.Address performance bottlenecks, apply optimization techniques.Perform maintenance tasks to ensure application stability and security.Project Management:
Manage cross-functional projects in development, integration, migration.Define scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables with stakeholders.Track progress, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders.Digitalization and Transformation:
Drive initiatives, leveraging AWS for efficiency and customer experience.Identify requirements, develop strategies for digitalization.Keep up-to-date with digital trends and industry best practices.Collaboration and Documentation:
Work with cross-functional teams to outline application requirements.Document configurations, designs, operational procedures.Support team members on AWS best practices, fostering knowledge sharing.WHAT YOU OFFERWhat experiences would we like you to haveProven experience in application management and development.In-depth knowledge of AWS, with hands-on experience with key services.Project management experience, including scope and resource coordination.Track record of driving digitalization and leveraging AWS for innovation.Effective collaboration, communication, team culture promotion.Technical proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (Python, Java, Node.js), DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with troubleshooting skills.AWS certifications would be an advantage.Experience with Office 365 suite and Power Platforms for business efficiency.Ability to interpret data to inform new practices.Personal skillsAlways acting to make the team succeedCommunication skills that turn complexity into clarity and strategy into actionOutgoing, actively building useful relationships in the scope of the projectYou're not one to wait around; you take charge, get things moving, and always aim to finish what you startYou focus on the end result and do whatever it takes to achieve the goals set before you, “make it happen” attitudeIn your work, you're careful and precise, making sure to keep track of all the details and share them with others.You can easily switch between focusing on small details and understanding how they fit into the larger scheme of thingsA continuous improvement attitude, for both the development environment and the team’s own performanceFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
