As a CountryManager at more.com you should be responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and operations of our ticketing platform within your designated country or region.
You should lead a dynamic team and work closely with various stakeholders to establish more.com as the preferred ticketing platform for events and entertainment in your area.
More specifically your key responsibilities will be:
1. Market Strategy & Business Development Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to drive growth and market share within your region.
Identify opportunities for expansion and assess market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
2. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of professionals, including business development, account management and maybe customer support.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
3. Partnership Development Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, venues, promoters, and other relevant stakeholders.
Negotiate and manage partnerships that enhance the platform's offerings and reach.
4. Compliance and Operations Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
5. Reporting and Analysis Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to the company's leadership.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to your strategy.
6. Budget Management Develop and manage the country’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements Experience in leadership roles, minimum 3 years.
Experience in the events industry will be considered as a plus Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team..
Track record of successful sales and business development.
Experience in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
Tech savviness and computer literacy:
MS Excel, Power BI, MS Dynamics Hands on experience with CRM tools Fluency in French and English.
