Tasks We are on the hunt for a contractormanager to oversee our contractor relationship.
Since contractors play a pivotal role in facilitating energetic renovations for customers, we deeply value our collaboration with our contractors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing these relationships through diligent relationship management and by serving as a bridge the contractors and our internal teams.
As ContractorManager, you are the person responsible and the single point of contact for all our contractors.
The role of ContractorManager covers 3 main aspects:
Operational follow-up of the existing contractors, Develop new technologies and finding the right contractors for this, Grow our contractor network.
Basically the main objective of this role is to make sure that on the one hand there is enough capacity to answer the demands generated by our Partners (our clients like KBC, Test Aankoop, Samen Sterker,…) and on the other hand to have the contractor network deliver on the service level agreements (SLA).
Manage and monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and optimizing service quality.
Capacity Coordination:
Align contractor availability with project demands, guaranteeing efficient project allocation and execution.
Strategic Recruitment:
Proactively expand the contractor network, focusing on innovative solutions and service diversification.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, fostering trust and encouraging their growth within our network.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with internal teams to refine contractor-related processes and integrate contractor capabilities with our partners' needs.
Requirements Higher education and have experience at contractors (5 years).
Result-oriented and ready to bring our contractor relationships to the next level.
Technical knowledge about various renovation techniques (e.g.
solar panel business, insulation, windows, heat pumps, etc.) Knowledge of energy saving measures, transition models, the building sector is a plus.
Good oral and written communication in Dutch and English.
French is a plus.
