If necessary, support your teams in the operations and cooperate as much as needed.
Monitor and make sure of the optimal deployment of staff, on the right activity and at the right times.
Actively make sure that safety regulations and quality procedure are respected and met.
You are the first point of contact in case of an escalation of conflicts between staff members.
You make sure that your team members will achieve the expected results.
You will be working in night shifts.
Your Skills and Experiences You have a successful experience in the logistics sector, preferably with perishable goods.
Working in the cold (+/
- 4°) does not bother you.
You have strong skills and aptitude for managing people and organizing processes:
drive, stress resistance, solution orientation and willingness to collaborate.
You have strong communication skills and conduct one-on-one meetings (follow up with your team members), team board meetings, tours, and much more.
You are interested in expanding and sharing your knowledge of logistics processes, safety, quality with colleagues.
You speak English fluent and other languages, especially Dutch and French are strong assets !
