Your Skills and Experiences 3 to 5 years experience in an operational role, preferably within supply chain environment.
Been Around the Block:
worked in fast paced operations for several years, maybe in supply chain? We'd love to hear about your experiences.
Experience in retail? Even better! Knowledge & practice in Lean Six Sigma:
played around with Lean Six Sigma Tools, continuousimprovements and project management? Maybe you're not an expert in every tool yet, but you have proven experience in implementing lean tools and projects implementation.
Practical coaching :
you excel in employing a balanced approach that emphasizes understanding the 'why' through a soft, empathetic demeanor.
Simultaneously, you demonstrate a resolute stance when holding stakeholders accountable for their commitments, fostering a structured and accountable work environment.
We need someone who can chat with people from all levels and loves coaching and sharing knowledge.
Think and Do:
you are analytical, but you are not stuck in your head.
You like to get hands-on and make things happen.
Fluent in Dutch and English:
