Key Responsibilities Travel to various manufacturing sites across Europe, providing on-site technical support and problem-solving expertise.Collaborate with local teams to implement process improvements, enhance efficiency, and reduce downtime.Provide training to site personnel on equipment operations, maintenance protocols, and safety procedures.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production issues, coordinating with local and central resources as necessary.Assist in new equipment installation, calibration, and validation.Prepare technical reports, summarizing findings, and recommendations after site visits.
#LI-MA1 _ Qualifications Apprenticeship, degree, or diploma in Engineering or related technical field.Extensive experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Ability to travel extensively across Europe, sometimes on short notice.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Additional European languages are a plus.Familiarity with manufacturing best practices and safety regulations.Valid driver's license.
