Minimum Bachelors / Honours degree, or equivalent, in science or engineering disciplineMinimum 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence in a manufacturing environment or industries such as Pharma, Consumer, Food, Automotive and FMCGSix Sigma Black BeltLean Black BeltHeld a number of leadership positions in a manufacturing environment covering a broad range of activities and operations (e.g.
Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety)Ability to deliver significant financial, organisational and productivity impacts in a complex global business Ability to demonstrate an advanced knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma and its applicationLeadership skills - stakeholders management, communication, influence, negotiation, networking, etc.People management experience Fluency in spoken and written French (must have).
