The person holding this position will report to Senior ConsumerHealthcareBrand Lead.
The core responsibility of the of the role is to support the business in BENELUX region in order to maximize the potential of the brand, including the financial, commercial, marketing, regulatory, supply chain elements of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial Management • Achieve sales and profit targets across the consumerhealthcare portfolio as agreed with the manager • Deliver the KPIs covering financial performance vs budget, forecasting accuracy, and market share • Propose the best investment to delivering positive ROI of the different activations Commercial Management • Execute local execution of Trade strategy • Implement E-com and exploit all digital growth opportunities in line with Global Digital Strategy • Ensure a healthy commercial relationship with key stakeholders and customers • Provide tools to enable the sales team to function effectively • Execute the commercial activation of the different partners enabling their absolute engagement with our brands Consumer Marketing • Have a deep understanding of local market dynamics and trends through Monthly competitors benchmark and monthly sell-out analysis.
• Execute the execution of local brand plans and annual marketing plans in line with global strategy, with the optimal activation • Deploy successful marketing campaigns • Collaborate with headquarters and other local functions:
CHC Marketing, CHC T&S, CHC Digital, regulatory, supply chain and other operational departments • Feedback and share best practices that will feed the Global Brand Plan and Trade & Shopper Plan Requirements • Experience in Marketing teams and/ or Commercial Teams in the FMG and/or CHC or OTC • Creative and teamwork capacity • Strong communicator and capacity to instil passion in others • Financial and commercial knowledge • Results oriented and Client oriented • Strong sense of urgency • Adaptability to change Benefits Benefits vary between locations.
