This consists in:
·Actively advising landlords on their leasing strategy, representing their interests and commercializing a portfolio of office buildings and projects in the Brussels or Walloon region·Targeting future occupiers and organizing active prospection and marketing campaigns·Negotiating and preparing leases or sales with both international and national companies·Carefully managing information and keep our marketing and database up to date.Desired skills and experience for this job ·You demonstrate understanding of and commitment to client services with negotiation, leasing & interpersonal skills including verbal & written communication.·The job can be tailored around your level of seniority.·You have an entrepreneurial and a self-starter attitude.·You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.·You have excellent organizational and time management skills.·You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.·You are proficient in MS Office.·Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a supportive and talented team.Location:
