This consists in:
·Actively advising landlords on their leasing strategy, representing their interests and commercializing a portfolio of office buildings and projects in the Flandersregion·Targeting future occupiers and organizing active prospection and marketing campaigns·Negotiating and preparing leases or sales with both international and national companies·Carefully managing information and keep our marketing and database up to date.Desired skills and experience for this job · Ideally, you have a first experience in a sales function and/or in the real estate industry.·You possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus.·You have fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.·You have excellent organizational and time management skills.·You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.·You are proficient in MS Office.·You have an entrepreneurial and a self-starter attitude.·Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a supportive and talented team.Location:
