Our team is looking to integrate a tactical solution architect to improve connected clinical workflow(s) and bring our brand promise to life.#This is where your dedication drives success !What you'll be doing Drive local implementation of connected devices and solutions following strategy defined with Sales manager and WEU connectivity teamsTake part in the consultive selling process with healthcare establishments to present and craft our IT-technical connectivity solutions which best fit the desired workflowEngage with key IT partners within hospitals to establish implementation plan and needs to ensure successMap the key members involved in the decision-making process and in the prioritization of connectivity projects in their healthcare facility (with the objective to advance Baxter’s intelligent diagnostic solution on their agenda)Identify and partner with local connectivity third parties for healthcare facilities to get the most value out of our intelligent diagnostic solutionsWork closely with the marketing and clinical team to support the development of connected clinical pathways/workflows in healthcare facilitiesBuild collaborative partnerships with key internal partners such as the Connectivity Implementation colleagues, Account Managers and Sales Manager so as to support solutions that require cross-department teamwork in both sales, delivery, and implementation.What you'll bring As a highly skilled digital talent with the ability to develop our connected business in healthcare, you will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of customers’ connectivity requirements, current clinical practice, and products/technologies.Your solid understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly clinical workflow processes and procedures, and messaging standards (e.g., HL7 and DICOM) enables effective process of healthcare data integration software, preferably with hospital, health, or vendor experience.Expertise in driving successful relationships with multi-level partnerships including the C-Suite of hospitals, buying groups and potential regional customers.Considered as a self-starter who learns quickly and works autonomously, you are able to translate strategies into operational action plans, and to “get things done” with dedication and support from all collaborators.Proficient in Dutch and English is a must and good French a nice to have.Come and join us in serving our higher purpose of Saving & Sustaining Lives !
