Installs and maintains Microsoft Office Suite, command specific applications software and hardware on PCs.
Installs new hardware products, peripherals and equipment; VTC hardware/printers/laptops/servers.
Ensures anti-virus engines and definitions are current.
Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities and risks.
Prepares and establishes network access protocols to enable end users to gain local access.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
IAT level 1 certificate IAW DoD 0.-M Three years of experience supporting and maintaining Information Technology assets within large-enterprise Army enclave environments.
Three years of experience utilizing an incident management system to manage a structured C4IM Service Catalog.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and providing support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.Excellent communications skills, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
