Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the .NET developers.Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.Collaborate to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
Mentorship and Training:
Mentor and coach .NET developers, fostering their professional growth and development.Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and training Project Delivery:
Support development and delivery of complex .NET projects.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration where applicable.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5 years experienceProven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a development team.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, preferably Bicep.Experience with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Azure DevOpsCertifications in relevant technologies.
