Key responsibilities of the communication team include managing external messaging and activities to advance Search for CommonGround's mission, maintaining accurate public information, overseeing media engagement and crisis response, and maximizing awareness through earned media opportunities. Responsibilities Support the development of a content strategy aligned with the overall communications strategy.Implement testing across all external communications channels and facilitate a process of continuous improvement based on insights gained from testing.Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, including content creation, dissemination, and monitoring.Execute Search for CommonGround’s email strategy in Europe to keep supporters informed, including drafting content.Create social media assets to highlight events and reports, such as quote cards, factoids, infographics, and video slideshows.Provide support to the Communications team in various general tasks, including writing, translating texts, proofreading, and handling administrative functions related to communications activities.Competency Behavior Indicators (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Engages and communicates effectively across functions and across teams.Participates in external meetings.Builds relationships and engages effectively with collaborators.Uses resiliency and exhibits flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and team priorities.With oversight by the supervisor, writes technical sections for team documents, briefing materials, and presentations.

Search for CommonGround Belgium currently has a policy requiring at least 2 days per week of presence in the office. Salary and ContractThe salary range for this position would be between - EUR gross per month, based on relevant experience, with standard benefits:
