Responsible for planning, coordination and organization of work tasks related to installation and commissioning of hydrogen electrolyzers.Responsible for ensuring availability of tools, PPE and equipment to enable efficient work at different sites.Prioritize and resolve issues and develop procedures and methods by working with management, engineering, quality control and contractors.Conduct site readiness surveys prior to dispatching equipment and personnel.Implementing changes and continuously evaluating internal processes.
Your profile:
Degree in engineering (civil/industrial/electrical/electromechanical) or qualified by relevant experience.Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including teamleadership experience, required.You have previous experience in team management and a technical background.You have strong coordination skills and know how to set priorities.You are flexible and open minded for change.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Exceptional communication skills:
adept at developing and delivering multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences.Self-motivated, takes ownership, and capable of starting new processes from scratch.Experience in working with continuous process improvement.Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a mandatory requirement.
