As a trainee at MSCyou will have the following responsibilities:
Obtain knowledge of the shipping industry and get familiar with the quality standards and values of MSCLearn to identify customer needs and expectations and respond to them in a timely, professional and effective mannerProvide your critical insights on the existing procedures and come up with possible improvementsSeek feedback and input actively from more experienced colleaguesDevelop alliances with a broad range of people by demonstrating respect for others.
Learn to adjust your communication style to meet the needs of individuals at various organizational levels both internal as externalAssist in general projects if requiredProfileYou (will soon) hold minimum a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Logistic Management or any other relevant field You have an absolute interest and an innate talent for (inside) salesYou possess a strong affinity with or interest in the maritime industryYou are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbally.
