- Monitoring and reporting Tractebel's commercial performance by preparing the monthly global commercial report in collaboration with the Operational Units. - Administering Salesforce, Tractebel's CRM tool, by leading the Functional Data Administrators community, managing licenses, drafting user guides, and ensuring GDPR compliance. - Generating specific reports on commercial performance from Salesforce and analyzing data. - Coordinating projects to optimize Salesforce in collaboration with IT and users. - Supporting the Head of Global Business Development in tasks and contributing to projects initiated by the MGBD Department.
