To embrace this vision, we are hiring collateralclientmanagers.RoleAs CollateralClientManager, you will:
Put client happiness as your main objective.
Develop and retain client relationships in close collaboration with our commercial and product partners.
Own the priority and escalation management flows towards your clients.
Be responsible for a portfolio of clients within the collateral domain.
Care for your team segment.
Ensure our client hear us with one voice.
Contributes to the commercial sales strategy.
Coaches and delivers training in high complex processes.
Is responsible to identify and lead operational changes for clients and promotes to take up new services.
Is accountable owner of the operational relationship with clients.
Researches and obtains resolution of variety of complex customer issues.
Understands and can manage a variety of customer segments.
Responsibilities & Duties Regularly perform (on-site) service reviews Have an updated client action log and client planning.
Provide adequate and regular feedback to internal customers and the client-on-client log.
Ensure all client requests are followed up and actioned with partners internally.
Monitor and collect client feedback via service reviews or regular checkpoints.
Ensure you follow-up with collateral account managers to keep understanding the rationale behind client inquiries.
Coach and train your segment to ensure they acquire adequate knowledge on your client to optimize inquiry management.
Obtain a global overview and perform proactive follow up of client’s activities/demands in line with their priorities.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of client business drivers and activity within Euroclear.
Promote the ‘ease’ of doing business with us.
Work from a guided execution to an effortless self-servicing.
Identify knowledge gap at client’s side and propose adequate training.
Keep your management advised on visits, issues or other client specifics.
May speak at industry conferences.
Interaction with clients & internal stakeholders requires strong social skills and the ability to understand and influence.
Fit with client culture.
Profile Master's degree in finance, business, economics or related field 10+ years of demonstrated experience within specific financial business activity, with proven experience in client management and preference collateral management, with a focus on strategic and high-end client portfolios.
Strong clients focus and experience with client facing roles.
High understanding of Euroclear's collateral products to discuss thoughtfully with relevant collaborators.
An understanding of the wider Euroclear Group products is needed.
Your client centric mindset allows you to create a professional relationship with internal and external partners.
You can gather and analyze complex data to support clients Together with internal collaborators, you can easily build a client solution and / or recommendation Ability to work together in a team with more junior and more senior profiles Networking; Inclusive and collaborative approach to the team and other partners within the Euroclear Group and client base.
