As a ClientServiceManager, you will be a point of contact for the client’s operational requests and general enquiries, and you will be actively and significantly contributing to the development of sustainable client relationships and a strong client experience.
You will be providing superior administrative, commercial, organisational, and operational support across multiple client-related processes covering the whole lifecycle of the clients we serve. Key AccountabilitiesMaintaining and developing relationships with clients by being a trusted partner for the daily business in addition to the CAM (Client Account Manager) and BD (Business Development)Being a point of contact for the client’s operational requests and general enquiriesWorking closely together with BD and CAM to identify additional client needs and finding the best solutionsSupporting account opening process and delivering excellent client experienceProactively flagging the potential risks that have been identified and supporting CAM on the periodic Due DiligenceSupporting Client Account Managers to manage appropriately the onboarding of new clients and the opening / closing of client accountsSupporting Client Account Managers to carry out timely and appropriately risk assessment both for clients newly onboarded and existing clients in line with the internal FCC requirements and internal quality standards Supporting to ensure that all client related processes and transactions are carried out in accordance with applicable internal proceduresAssisting in the handling and resolution of risk, compliance, and document related matters in close collaboration with the specialists of Compliance, Risk, Credits and OperationsLiving by and demonstrating a strong Risk & Compliance culture of in all relevant tasks and throughout the company.
