The Client Partner will be fully responsible for financials, relationship appreciation and transformation of the business towards Digital.You will get an opportunity to build upon a very strong existing business and long-term relationship with the client, interact with senior IT and Business stakeholders of this client and jointly derive the business transformation plans to help us grow with the client. Key Responsibilities of the role Manage existing clients Build and maintain strong relations within Business and IT executive stakeholdersLead strategic meetings and represent Cognizant in steering/review meetings with the client Provide and manage escalation management.Set the strategic client relation and business direction for account managers/teams Own the P&L and targets on key metrics (eg.
customer satisfaction, team satisfaction etc.) Build new business Own the growth targetsAnalyze the client’s strategic agenda, identify opportunities and convert these into business.
Identify and position solutions/offeringsDrive the sales processCollaborate with other service and Product and Resources industry groups within the organizationCollaborate with alliances/partners and create joint value propositions Skills & qualifications of the candidate The ideal candidate has an academic education, post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA Extensive knowledge of IT / Digital technologies, domain specific knowledge of the industry and a strong network/contacts in the same sectorAt least more than 20 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years of account management of large client businesses (€M50+) and clientrelationship experience at executive levelHas been exposed to global service delivery models and has the ability to work in multi-cultural teamsExcellent verbal and writing skills in English, knowledge of Dutch/French preferred Ability to independently identify and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives that help the client achieve their business goalsAbility to develop and maintain clientrelationships across various levels in the client organizations, especially at CxO levelExcellent consulting and presentation skillsEmployee Status :
