The main purpose of the role is the recruitment of new clients, development of business flow with the existing clientele, and customer relation management.Key AccountabilitiesBuilding a client portfolio Recruitment of new clients and developing sustained relationships with existing clients. Creating value by continuous analysis and correct estimations of the expectations and needs of the client. In accordance with internal specialist, you will deliver personally adjusted service and advice about investments, fiscal and juridical wealth structuring, credits, and estate planning based on your knowledge of the financial market. Continuously following the results and returns of the client portfolio and taking remedial action where necessary within the policies of the Bank. Following the evolution of the financial market and analysis, socio-economic actuality and legal/fiscal changes. Following the evolution of the products, services and resolutions the company offers and may be of interest to your clients. Proceed by the external regulations and rules/procedures of the Bank in accordance with the performed function and follow-up of all risk and compliance activities with mitigation of risks and escalations to the management if necessary. Developing a personal network and taking commercial actions towards your clients. Knowledge and ExperienceGraduate within an economical/financial field or equal due to experience (requires PCP attestation) Track record in client prospection with at least10 years of experience in a similar commercial function Track record in client portfolio management within the HNW segment Proof of commercial results are an asset Attributes and QualitiesStrong financial knowledge and background Strong network within the Private Banking sector Knowledge of rules and procedures applied to the sector Entrepreneurial and open mindset, with a strong need for challenge Strong commercial skills with excellent relationship management skills Analytical mindset and having the capacity to analyse problematic situations and administer solutions for them Discreet Team player Communicative Passion for financial markets, research, and strategy Technical SkillsWindows Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Microsoft OutlookLanguages SkillsFluent in Dutch Good understanding of English and French Puilaetco BruxellesBrussels
