Description You are the first point of contact for your customers; You give advice, prepare quotes, contact clients and discuss proposed solutions; You draft new insurance policies, the focus will be mainly on fire insurance and legal assistance; You ensure correct management and follow-up of each client file; You will process the necessary data and contracts in the management program BRIO; You answer telephone calls from customers, making customer-friendliness a priority.
Profile You have a bachelor's degree in insurance or equivalent and have initial experience managing insurance policies; You are fluent in Word, Excel and Outlook; Your knowledge of Brio+ is an asset; You speak perfect French.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch; You are precise and punctual in your administrative tasks; Affinity with real estate or syndicates is a plus.
