Your primary responsibilities will include:
Handling insurance claims from initiation to resolution, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement.Analyzing policy coverage and determining the extent of liability and potential damages.Communicating effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other relevant parties to gather information and documentation.Reviewing claim documentation, including medical records, witness statements, and evidence, to assess validity and determine appropriate course of action.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as underwriters, attorneys, and adjusters, to expedite the claims process and achieve favorable outcomes.Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the claims process.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling.Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as claims management systems.Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.Benefits:
