Your role involves evaluating claim declarations, assessing coverage, adhering to agreements, and determining liability.You'll take proactive steps to assess damages for both clients and opposing parties, handling complaints and engaging in negotiation activities accordingly.Additionally, you'll be responsible for disbursing compensation to clients and/or opposing parties, overseeing the entire claims process from initiation to final resolution.You'll maintain clear and consistent communication with insured parties and intermediaries, ensuring they are updated on claim progress.
