Master's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in both English and French languages.
5 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage on-site teams.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
