- Monitor compliance obligations, draft, create, and update legal and compliance procedures.
- Manage action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations.
- Educate employees on regulations, especially in AML/CFT and professional ethics.
- Resolve employee concerns regarding legal compliance.
- Manage approval requests for high-risk accounts.
- Implement a proactive ML/TF risk management program.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for compliance-related queries.
- Anticipate compliance risks and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide ongoing employee training on ABC and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt norms and standards, and provide training.
- Prepare and present compliance reports for diverse committees.
- Implement and monitor data protection policies with the support of the local DPO.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Business.
- Master’s Degree in Belgian Law.
- Strong background in EU and Belgian Law, with expertise in corporate/governance law, data protection, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Knowledge or experience in Luxembourg financial and regulatory matters is a plus.
