You are project qualityassuranceengineer on build to print programs with a strong focus on chemical surface treatment.
You are the internal focal point for all quality related matters on your programs.
You work in close collaboration with the program teams, with operations, engineering and system quality team.
In addition, you are internal referent for chemicalprocessing related activities and support other program teams on this topic.
You are responsible for NADCAP chemicalprocessing certification, qualification / follow-up of new processes.
Tasks:
As program quality manager, you monitor the quality performance of the programs in which you participate and you ensure the interface with the customer for all quality related topics :
compliance to requirements, non-conformity management, audit follow-up etc..
You elaborate and/or manage quality documentation specific to the program As internal referent for chemicalprocessing, you organize and ensure customer, certification bodies audits such as NADCAP You perform internal audits to maintain the standards on appropriated level.
You manage non-conformities relating to the chemical treatment topic :
treatment of non-conforming products, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions You support various program teams in their REACH transition and the qualification of diverse special processes.
You conduct risk analysis on products and manufacturing processes.
You collaborate and assume responsibilities at his/her level with regard to the EN quality standard and the ISO environmental standard Profile:
You obtained a Master degree in industrial engineering, or materials science or chemistry or equivalent.
You have about 10 years of professional working experience in industry A relevant experience in chemicalprocessing, surface treatment is a big asset for this position.
You have practical knowledge with problem solving methodologies :
8D, 5whys, etc..
You have a good knowledge of quality standards (AS/EN, ISO, NADCAP).
You have the maturity to work on the projects allocated to you.
You have excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
You are a team player.
You like going to the shop floor You are solution minded and you like challenges.
You are flexible to work on different programs.
You can work under pressure and maintain a high result driven working environment.
You are able to be assertive and convincing when needed.
You have excellent analytical skills.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (SAP, S4HANA).
