The Living Bar & Restaurant is open at any time of the day.Your roleFor our new Bar & restaurant we are therefore looking for a chef de partie.You have an extensive range of tasks where, among other things, you carry out all preparations and garnishing of the dishes.
You carry out the the mise-en-place and you take care of the preparations of banquets.
You also check the freshness of all products and stocks daily.
The HACCP standards are certainly not unknown to you and you pay attention to this during the work.
Thanks to you and your team, the kitchen is always clean, organized and safe.
