The remaining 50% are dedicated to squad work.As ChapterLead, you will be responsible to develop and maintain best in class Engineering practices in direct support of the delivery the squad objectives. You'll use your DevOps expertise and skills to accelerate the evolution of our OASIS platform and services towards zero touch Infrastructure (IaC) and self-services.On the people side, you will be responsible for building expertise and maintaining a common approach to similar activities within your chapter.
You will be responsible for the staffing of the chapter, acting as a coach, building and developing chapter members, understanding and identifying their needs and implementing appropriate actions.Education4 or 5-year university degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience5+ years of experience in IT/software delivery, preferably working with architectures focusing on security and SaaS delivery models.3+ years of experience with programming languages (Java, Python prefered) with good understanding of OOP3+ years of DevOps concepts and tools:
CI/CD, Zero Touch, IaC, through Ansible, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Git, Docker, Openshift,..

3+ years of experience working in Unix and/or Linux environments.
System engineer experience is a plus.2+ years of experience as team lead/people managerFamiliarity or experience with data ingestion with big data technologies (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana and kafka) will be added advantage.Familiarity or experience with SOA technologies such as micro-services, REST, SOAP is a plus.Experience in API benchmarking with tools such as JMeter, PostmanPractical working experience in an Agile driven team.Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with local and remote teams in different time zones.
