Elaborate and maintain a global project planSupport and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure all change solutions are approved Be capable of managing all or part of the implementation of change plan activities from start to finishCoordinate the creation and elaboration of a training contentMonitor implementation of a deployment planAssess the impact on the employees and manage the change effectivelyBuild and maintain the budget for each change in accordance with a validated plan Measure success of the implemented deployment plan and optimize where possibleManage risks, create plans to implement and review financial policies and procedures to ensure that the company is in regulatory complianceReport status to the initiative Owner, the adoption of the change and the achievement of project objectivesManaging a solution team, lead support in proposal processes and project management Required profile.
How do we imagine our future ChangeManager? You have between 1 to 5 years of experience as a ChangemanagerYou have a proven experience in the financial sector of minimum 5 years and a comprehensive understanding of project management principlesYou have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies, change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Certifications are an asset.You have strong communication, listening & relational skillsYou are highly flexible, adaptable & have a strong team spirit You are fluent in English and French or Dutch (Bonus:
